摘要
目的建立一种广藿香油中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的定性检查及含量测定方法。方法以不同广藿香油作为样品,经正己烷溶解、超声波辅助提取等预处理,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果15种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂检测的线性范围在0.05~1.0 mg·L-1之间,检出限在0.5~5μg·L-1之间,回收率为92.53%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~5.2%。10批次广藿香油的检测结果显示,6批次样品检出了1~2种邻苯二甲酸酯,共检出邻苯二甲酸酯3种,检出率最高的为邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP),检出率为40%。结论该方法具有检测限低,灵敏度高等特点,可用于广藿香油中塑化剂的定性定量分析。
Objective To establish a method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of phthalic acid esters in patchouli oil.Methods The samples were extracted with hexane by ultrasonically assisted procedure.Retention time of the peaks was applied for qualitative analysis,and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results The results showed that the linear range of the method was between 0.05 mg·L-1 and 1.0 mg·L-1,and the detection limit was between 0.5μg·L-1 and 5μg·L-1.The recovery rate was in the range of 92.53%~102.4%,and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 0.2%~5.2%.The detection results of 10 batches of patchouli oil showed that 1~2 PAEs were detected in 6 batches of samples.A total of three types of PAEs were detected,and the highest detection rate was dimethyl phthalate(DMP),with a detection rate of 40%.Conclusion The method had many characteristics,as low detection limit,high sensitivity,etc.The phthalic acid esters in patchouli oil will suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
