乡村振兴战略背景下河北省梁场村公共空间更新研究

The Public Space Renewal of Liangchang Village in Hebei Province under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略,目的是改善乡村人居环境,促进乡村可持续发展。公共空间是乡村人居环境的重要组成部分,也是促进乡村可持续发展的重要载体。在解读乡村振兴战略的基础上,分析乡村公共空间普遍存在的问题及乡村振兴战略对乡村公共空间的发展要求,结合梁场村的实践,从空间更新方法及村民参与等方面系统地分析了乡村公共空间的更新原则及实施过程,以期为新时代乡村公共空间更新改造提供理论支撑和案例借鉴。

The strategy of rural revitalization in the Report of the 19th CPC National Congress aims to improve the rural human settlement environment and support the rural sustainable development.The rural public space plays a key role in both of the aims above.Based on the interpretation of the strategy,this paper has analyzed the existing problems of the rural public space and its development requirements from the strategy.Based on the practice of Liangchang Village,the space renewing principle and its implementation are studied from the perspectives of the renewing methods and villagers'participation.This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical support for the rural public space renewal.
