摘要 本文以西安地区某实际设计阶段中的教学建筑为研究对象,通过模拟热压、风压共同作用下自然通风环境,提取空气龄、通风效率、PMV等典型参数作为通风性能评价指标,对三种建筑结构形式(内廊式、外廊式、双廊式)的自然通风效果进行对比。研究结果分析表明:建筑结构形式、通风面积因子等因素对建筑自然通风效果有显著影响。在满足室内热环境稳定性与舒适性的条件下,内廊式建筑结构更适用于教学建筑。结合参数化建模与数值模拟分析,研究内廊通风口物理参数对通风效率的改善趋势,对内廊式教室自然通风提出优化方案。 Taking a teaching building in Xi'an as the research object,through simulating the indoor natural ventilation environment under the combined action of thermal pressure and wind pressure,the typical parameters such as air age,ventilation efficiency and PMV are extracted as ventilation performance evaluation indexes,and the natural ventilation effects of three building structures(inner corridor,outer corridor and double corridor)are compared.The results show that:building structure form,ventilation area factor and other factors have a significant impact on the building natural ventilation effect;under the condition of meeting the indoor thermal environment stability and comfort,the interior corridor building structure should be more suitable for teaching buildings.Combined with parametric modeling and numerical simulation analysis,the improvement trend of physical parameters of inner Gallery vent on ventilation efficiency is studied,and the optimization scheme for natural ventilation of inner corridor classroom is proposed.
