二级综合医院护士老年抑郁症知信行调查与分析

KAP Investigation and Analysis of Geriatric Depression among Nurses in Secondary General Hospitals

目的了解上海市部分二级综合医院临床护士对住院患者老年抑郁症的知识、态度和行为及相关影响因素,进一步提升临床护士对老年抑郁症的关注及相关护理知识和技能。方法采用自行编制的护士对老年抑郁症的知识、态度及行为调查问卷,于2019年3月1日—8月31日选取上海市5所二级综合医院的临床护士进行调查。结果共调查护士804名,问卷有效回收率为86.73%。被调查护士对于住院患者老年抑郁症相关知识总均分为(1.86±0.68)分,态度总均分为(2.24±0.78)分,行为总均分为(2.97±0.87)分。多元线性回归分析表明,护龄长短对护士的老年抑郁症相关知识有一定影响。结论被调查二级综合医院临床护士对老年抑郁症的知识了解普遍不足、态度不够积极、行为水平亟待提高。护理管理者应通过开展针对性培训等,加强护士对老年抑郁症的护理意识,促进临床护理质量提升和患者身心健康。

Objective To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)and related influencing factors of clinical nurses in Shanghai secondary general hospitals on inpatient geriatric depression,and to further improve the attention of clinical nurses on geriatric depression and related nursing knowledge and skills.Methods A self-developed nurse KAP questionnaire on geriatric depression was used to investigate clinical nurses from 5 secondary general hospitals in Shanghai from March 1 to August 31,2019.Results A total of 804 nurses were investigated,and the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 86.73%.The nurses investigated for inpatient geriatric depression got a total of(1.86±0.68)points on average,in which the attitude was(2.24±0.78)points and the practice was(2.97±0.87)points on average.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that nursing age had some effect on nurses'knowledge about geriatric depression.Conclusion The clinical nurses investigated for geriatric depression in secondary general hospitals are ge-nerally deficient in knowledge,not positive in attitude,and in urgent need of practice level improvement.Nursing administrators should strengthen nurses'awareness of geriatric depression and promote the improvement of clinical nursing quality and patients'physical and mental health by carrying out targeted training.
