绝对和相对小车结合法在长轨精调技术中的应用研究

摘要 高铁无砟轨道在长轨铺设完后需要对线路进行全面静态调整,将轨道几何尺寸调整到允许误差范围内,使线路轨道平顺性充分满足高铁联调联试前提要求。由于过程中消除轨道病害时间短、任务重,快速查找病害位置和消除方法便成为关键。位于高寒、高海拔、风沙环境下的兰新铁路LXS-2标段及时研究并采用绝对和相对小车结合法轨道调整技术,不仅提高了轨道病害消除和修复效果及整体工作效率,也为其他高铁线路长轨精调工艺提供了参考。 After the long track is laid,the ballastless track of high-speed rail needs to be adjusted comprehensively and statically,and the geometric size of the track should be adjusted to the allowable error range,so that the ride comfort of the track can fully meet the requirements of the joint test of high-speed rail.Because the time of eliminating track disease is short and the task is heavy in the process,quickly finding the location of the disease and the elimination method become the key.Located in the environment of extreme cold,high altitude and sandstorm,the LXS-2 section of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway was timely studied,and the absolute and relative track adjustment technology is adopted,which not only improves the effect of track disease elimination and repair as well as the overall working efficiency,but also provides a reference for other high-speed line long-rail fine adjustment technology.
