高职院校技能型人才培养的问题研究

Research on the Issues of of Skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,我国的技能型人才的水平和发达国家相比还有一定的差距,究其原因有很多,比如体制、机制的问题,也有历史和传统的影响。然而,经济的发展和科技的转型必须依靠人才。因此,本文主要围绕国内技能型人才培养存在的问题的现状进行分析,找出高职院校技能型人才培养方面存的问题,为进一步做好高技能人才培养体系的构建提供参考。

At present,there is still a certain gap between the level of skilled talents in my country and developed countries.There are many reasons for this,such as system and mechanism problems,as well as historical and traditional influences.However,economic development and technological transformation must rely on talents.Therefore,this article mainly analyzes the current situation of the training of domestic skilled talents,finds out the existing problems in the training of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,and provides references for further constructing the high-skilled talent training system.
