摘要
本文研究的是激励理论在高职院校教学秘书队伍中的应用问题。文章首先简单的阐述了激励理论中双因素理论的概念与内涵,然后在此基础之上,分析了我国高职院校教学秘书管理中激励理论存在的问题,最后在双因素理论的视角下,对如何激励高校教学秘书队伍提出了有效应用的对策与建议,期望能够为高校教学秘书队伍的管理工作开展提供一定的参考。
This paper studies the application of motivation theory in the teaching secretarial team of higher vocational colleges・Firstly,this paper simply expounds the concept and connotation of the two-factor theory in motivation theory,then,on the basis of this,analyzes the existing problems of motivation theory in the management of teaching secretary in higher vocational colleges in China,and finally,under the perspective of two-factor theory,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to motivate the teaching secretaries in colleges and universities,and hopes to provide some reference for the management of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities.
