青岛近代建筑外墙饰面营建范式与演化探析

Study on Construction Paradigm and Evolution of Exterior Wall Finishes of Modern Buildings in Qingdao

青岛近代建筑外墙饰面映射出背后潜藏的艺术观念、营建范式和建造工艺,对外墙饰面的探析不仅包含艺术观念的阐明,也包含建造技术与工艺的揭示。通过实物研究结合建筑历史图档分析,本文发现青岛近代建筑外墙饰面主材分为砖、石、砂浆和面砖,营建范式涵盖清水砖墙面、混水(灰墁)墙面、清水砖与混水配合墙面、石材墙面、人造石墙面、面砖墙面,并揭示在饰面营建范式共时性和历时性演化过程。

The exterior wall finishes of modern buildings in Qingdao reflect the underlying artistic concepts,construction paradigms and craftsmanship.Analysis of exterior wall finishes includes clarifying artistic concepts and revealing construction techniques and workmanship.Through physical study combined with architectural history image analysis,it is found that The main material of exterior wall facing of modern buildings in Qingdao is divided into brick,stone,mortar and brick and that brick wall construction paradigm covers water surface,mix water,stucco wall,clear water and mix water with metope brick,stone,artificial stone,brick wall metope.In addition,the synchronic and diachronic evolution process of the finishing construction paradigm is also revealed.
