摘要
随着经济的高速发展,商业综合体作为集约高效的城市新经济体如雨后春笋般大量出现,随之而来的问题是如何从消费者的角度来进行空间设计,使得其可以创造人性化的空间来满足消费者的心理和行为需求。本文首先从商业综合体内部空间的特征及构成入手,其次分析消费者的心理与行为,以此找出内部空间中影响消费者心理与行为的因素,最后通过对这些因素的分析提出商业综合体内部空间人性化的设计策略。
With the rapid development of the economy,commercial complex,as an intensive and efficient new urban economy,has sprung up.The following problem is how to design space from the perspective of consumers,so that it can create humanized space to meet the psychological and behavioral needs of consumers.This paper starts with the characteristics and composition of the internal space of the commercial complex,then analyzes the psychology and behavior of consumers,so as to find out the factors that affect the psychology and behavior of consumers in the internal space,and findlly puts forward the humanized design strategy of the internal space in the commercial complex through the analysis of these factors.
