摘要
为了提升直驱式电液伺服系统的控制精度和响应速度,设计了一种基于模糊控制算法的PID控制器。首先对直驱式电液伺服系统的伺服电机及液压缸的数学模型进行了推导,得到系统的传递函数;其次设计了直驱式电液伺服系统的PID控制器,并在此基础上采用模糊算法对PID参数进行实时整定;最后搭建了Simulink仿真模型对两种控制器进行了仿真测试。仿真结果显示,模糊PID控制能更好地提升电液伺服系统的响应性能和获得更好的控制效果。
In order to get better control accuracy and response speed of the direct-drive electrohydraulic servo system,based on fuzzy control algorithm,a PID controller is designed.First,the servo motor and hydraulic cylinder’s mathematical models are deduced,and the transfer function of the system is obtained.Then,the PID controller and fuzzy PID controller on this basis are designed,and the PID parameters can be adjusted in real time by the fuzzy algorithm. Finally,a Simulink simulation model is built to simulate the controller.The simulation results show that fuzzy PID control can obtain better response performance and control effects of the electro-hydraulic servo system.
