摘要
针对舰载振动环境对导弹贮存产生的影响,建立某导弹存放架堆垛状态的三维模型,分析该导弹存放架堆垛在8.5054~35.586Hz频率范围内的各阶主要模态特性。阐述了丁基橡胶阻尼特性,在模态分析基础上提出了基于丁基橡胶减振垫的舰船机载导弹贮存阻尼减振方案,设计了减振垫的安装状态和结构形式,有利于提高舰船机载导弹贮存可靠性。
Aiming at the influence of Shipborne vibration environment on missile storage,a threedimensional model of a missile storage rack stacking state is established,and the characteristics of the main modes of the missile storage rack stacking in the frequency range of 8.5054~35.586 Hz are analyzed. The damping characteristics of butyl rubber are described. Based on modal analysis,the storage damping scheme of ship airborne missile based on butyl rubber damping pad is proposed. The installation state and structure form of damping pad are designed,which is beneficial to improve the storage reliability of ship airborne missile.
