论《金瓶梅》中人物的“五短身材”

《金瓶梅》描写了许多“五短身材”的人物,这些人物的命运各有不同。西门庆的妻妾中,吴月娘、李瓶儿、孙雪娥都是五短身材。与西门庆有两性关系的女性中,“五短身材”者也比较多,反映出西门庆独特的性爱取向。《金瓶梅》对于“五短身材”人物的描写,借鉴了古代命相术的某些观点,但是它又没有拘泥于命相与人物命运的关系,而是对其进行了加工和改造。

Jin Ping Mei describes many characters with short stature.These characters have different destinies.Among Ximen Qing's wives and concubines,Wu Yueniang,Li Pinger and Sun Xuee are very short.Among women who have sexual relations with Ximen Qing,most of them are shorter than others,reflecting Ximen Qing's unique sexual orientation.The description of the characters with short stature in Jin Ping Mei was based on some of the ancient destiny divination,but it made some adjustments and changes,instead of sticking to the relationship between the divination and the destiny of the characters.
