摘要
叉子圆柏(Juniperus Sabina)为常绿匍匐灌木,抗寒、抗旱、耐贫瘠,是城市绿化和水土保持的优良树种。文章阐述了叉子圆柏人工繁殖技术的研究进展,对播种、扦插、压条、埋条和组织培养5种繁殖方法进行了分析,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为叉子圆柏的大量繁殖及开发利用提供参考依据和技术指导。
Juniperus Sabina is an evergreen scandent shrub with cold, drought and barren resistance.It is an excellent tree species for urban greening and soil and water conservation. This paper expounds the research progress of artificial propagation technology of Juniperus Sabina, analyzes five propagation methods of sowing, cutting, layering, covering and tissue culture, and looks forward to the future research direction, in order to provide reference basis and technical guidance for its mass artificial propagation and development and utilization.
