摘要
以泥炭土、珍珠岩、锯屑、碳化稻壳为基质,混配成不同的育苗基质,研究其对油茶幼苗生长的影响。进而筛选适合油茶生长的栽培基质,提高油茶育苗的效率。结果显示:四种基质配比对油茶的生长有显著影响,均优于常规土壤处理。其中A处理(50%泥炭土+25%珍珠岩+25%碳化稻壳)培育的油茶幼苗各项生长指标优于其他处理。育苗6个月后,A处理株高、直径、地上和地下部干重均达到最大值,分别为46.18 cm、7.05 cm、9.05 g和5.25 g,分别是对照的1.41、1.19、2.49和1.45倍。综合各项指标,A处理基质较有利于油茶幼苗的生长,可将其作为油茶育苗的基质。
Using peat soil,perlite,sawdust and carbonized rice husk as substrates,different seedling raising substrates were mixed to study their effects on the growth of Camellia oleifera seedlings.Furthermore,the cultivation substrate suitable for the growth of Camellia oleifera was screened to improve the efficiency of Camellia oleifera seedling raising.The results showed that the four matrix ratios had significant effects on the growth of Camellia oleifera,which were better than the conventional soil treatment.Among them,the growth indexes of Camellia oleifera seedlings cultivated by treatment A(50%peat soil+25%perlite+25%carbonized rice husk)are better than those of other treatments.After 6 months of seedling raising,the plant height,diameter and dry weight of above-ground and below-ground of treatment A reached the maximum,which were 46.18 cm,7.05 cm,9.05 g and 5.25 g respectively,1.41,1.19,2.49 and 1.45 times of that of the control respectively.According to various indexes,treatment A is more beneficial to the growth of Camellia oleifera seedlings and can be used as the substrate for its seedling raising.
