不同耗材对杜马斯燃烧法检测植物粗蛋白质含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决杜马斯燃烧法检测植物粗蛋白成本高的问题,本研究分析了三种锡箔纸(赛诺兹、万佳、Elemental原装和Gerhart原装)和两种氧化剂(氧化钨和Gerhart原装)对检测结果的影响,并比较了Elmental和Gerhart两种仪器检测结果的差异性。结果表明:赛诺兹和万佳锡纸不适合作为检测耗材。氧化钨可以考虑作为替代耗材自填氧化管,用以节约成本。Elemental和Gerhart两种仪器检测结果,前者显著高于后者,Elemental原装锡纸可能是影响两种仪器检测结果差异的原因之一,具体原因还有待进一步研究。 In order to solve the problem of high cost of detecting plant crude protein by Dumas combustion method, this study analyzed the effects of three kinds of tin foil paper(Sainuozi, Wanjia,Elemental and Gerhart originals) and two oxidants(tungsten oxide and Gerhart originals) on the detection results, and compared the differences between the detection results of Elemental and Gerhart instruments. The results show that Sainuozi and Wanjia tin paper are not suitable for testing consumables. Tungsten oxide can be considered as an alternative consumable self-filling oxide tube to save cost. The detection results of Elemental and Gerhart are significantly higher than those of the latter. Elemental original tin paper may be one of the reasons for the difference in the detection results of the two instruments, and the specific reason remains to be further studied.
