摘要
本文以军工产品研制生产过程为基础,深入剖析了技术状态变更对基线形成过程的影响,以某单位产品实现过程为例,详细梳理了电子信息产品研制过程技术状态基线控制点和依据,分析了技术状态管理实际应用过程中存在的问题并给出了改进建议,提出了合理设置技术状态控制点、提升技术状态管理有效性的具体途径。
Based on the development and production process of military products,this paper deeply analyzes the influence of technical status change on the baseline formation process.Taking the product implementation process of a unit as an example,this paper combs the technical status baseline control points and basis of electronic information product development process in detail,analyzes the problems existing in the practical application process of technical status management and gives improvement suggestions,and puts forward specific ways to reasonably set technical status control points and improve the effectiveness of technical status management.
