随着我国经济水平的不断提升,医疗事业也在不断进步,当前已经进入到了快速发展阶段,医院作为对患者实施救治的重要场所,医院基建建设情况成为了社会各界所关注的重要问题。医院应当对基建管理模式进行改革,积极使用更加科学化的管理理念以及管理方法,基于此,本文对科学管理理念和方法在医院基建管理中的应用进行了深入分析。

With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the medical industry is also constantly improving,and it has entered a stage of rapid development.As an important place for patient treatment,hospitals have become an important issue of concern to all sectors of society.Hospitals should reform the infrastructure management model and actively use more scientific management concepts and management methods.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the application of scientific management concepts and methods in hospital infrastructure management.
