建筑工程是推进城市化快速发展的关键因素,在新的社会发展阶段下建筑工程建设进入了新的阶段,这也带动了建筑行业的蓬勃发展。建筑工程管理可以有效提高工程的施工效率,使得施工质量和施工安全得到了有效保障,然而传统的管理模式已然不适用于现代建筑工程。基于此,本文对建筑工程管理中创新模式的应用及发展进行了分析。

Construction engineering is a key factor to promote the rapid development of urbanization.Under the new stage of social development,construction engineering construction has entered a new stage,which has also led to the vigorous development of the construction industry.Construction project management can effectively improve the construction efficiency of the project,so that the construction quality and construction safety have been effectively guaranteed.However,the traditional management mode is no longer suitable for modern construction projects.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application and development of innovative models in construction engineering management.
