Construction Quality Control of Continuous Beam Hanging Basket of Railway Bridge

本文以某铁路桥梁项目为例,简单说明了铁路桥梁连续梁挂篮施工的技术要点,在此基础上,提出了保证建模的科学性、强化对现浇段作业的管理、关注预应力施工效果、严格落实挂篮预压荷载试验等一系列铁路桥梁连续梁挂篮施工的质量控制策略,旨在维护施工质量与安全性。

Taking a railway bridge project as an example,this paper briefly describes the technical points of hanging basket construction of continuous beam of railway bridge.On this basis,a series of quality control strategies for hanging basket construction of continuous beam of railway bridge are proposed,such as ensuring the scientificity of modeling,strengthening the management of cast-in-situ section operation,paying attention to the effect of prestressed construction,and strictly implementing the preloading load test of hanging basket,aiming at maintaining the construction quality and safety.
