摘要
随着我国“一带一路”政策的支持和国际工程市场的发展,将中国的商品、技术、产业以及资本向沿线国家移动,随之形成了广阔的基础设施建设空间。电力类能源工程作为基础建设的重要组成部分,吸引了越来越多的中国企业整装出海参与。但是面对海外市场这个“大蛋糕”,我们如何在海外电力工程市场立足站稳,长久发展并获得可观的效益目标。除了需要前期的项目经营运作分析,在项目执行过程中的属地化的项目管理更是重中之重,本文将海外电力工程项目管理存在的问题,提出相应的措施,供大家参考。
Following the support of China's"Belt and Road Initiative",along with the rapid development of the international construction market,goods,technology,industry chain and capital from China are introduced to the countries along the Belt and Road,and consequently create a vast space for infrastructure construction.Power-related energy projects,as an important part of the infrastructure projects,have drawn more and more Chinese enterprises to go aboard in full swing.But when facing the"big cake"of overseas market,how can we stand firmly in the overseas power engineering market,and develop for a sustainable development and obtain appreciable benefits.Apart from the preliminary analysis,the project management during the execution process is of paramount importance.In this article,we will analyze the problems of project management against overseas power engineering and propose some corresponding measures for reference.
