热再生技术在高速公路沥青路面中的应用

Application of Hot Recycling Technology in Asphalt Pavement of Expressway

厂拌沥青热再生技术于由于具有经济、高效、节能,同时有利于处理废料、环境保护,因而具有显著的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。近年在国家大力倡导低碳、绿色、环保下,越来越多的人们环保意识提高,高速公路沥青路面热再生技术受到人们的关注,成为高速公路工程建设中重要实用技术。本文依托高速公路沥青路面提升改造工程,对30%回收沥青混合料(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement)厂拌热再生AC-20沥青混合料的应用情况进行了介绍,具体从施工工艺、特点、参数等方面介绍RAP混合料再生应用,分析热再生沥青路面存在的质量风险及应对措施,探讨施工质量检测方法。

The plant-mixed asphalt hot recycling technology has significant social,economic and environmental benefits because it is economical,efficient,and energy-saving,and at the same time conducive to waste disposal and environmental protection.In recent years,under the China's vigorous promotion of low-carbon,green and environmental protection,more and more people have increased their environmental awareness.The hot recycling technology of highway asphalt pavement has attracted people's attention and has become an important practical technology in highway construction.This article relies on the highway asphalt pavement upgrading project,this paper introduces the application of 30%Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement plant mixed thermally recycled AC-20 asphalt mixture,and specifically introduces the application of RAP mixture recycling from the aspects of construction technology,characteristics,parameters,etc.,analyzes the quality risks and countermeasures of hot recycled asphalt pavement,and discusses construction quality inspection methods.
