摘要
互联网的发展使得网上购物更加普及,由于无法直接接触产品,网上购物的消费者获取产品信息一定程度上依赖于他人的在线评论。而网络的开放性与匿名性使得评论的真实性无法得到证实,这就给虚假评论的产生提供了可能。出于推销、诋毁等动机,职业虚假评论者以及部分消费者在网络平台发表虚假评论,这对消费者、商家、网络平台以及消费市场都会产生消极影响,破坏网络购物的信任系统。本文通过文献研究,对虚假在线评论的产生和影响进行探究。
The development of the Internet makes online shopping more popular.Since they can not directly contact with the product,online shopping consumers depend on the online comments of others to obtain product information to a certain extent.However,the openness and anonymity of the Internet make it impossible to verify the authenticity of comments,which provides the possibility for the generation of fake comments.In order to promote,slander and other motives,professional fake commentators and some consumers make fake comments on online platforms,which will have a negative impact on consumers,merchants,online platforms and the consumer market,and destroy the trust system of online shopping.Through literature research,this paper explores the generation and impact of fake online comments.
