网络化推动中国制造业转型升级研究

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading of China's Manufacturing Industry Promoted by Networking

作为全球制造业第一大国,中国在制造业数量上处于领先地位,但产业过度集中于原材料及加工制造的中低端环节,且国际上发达国家相继制定针对本国制造业转型升级的政策.在内忧外患的情况下,中国急需对本国制造业进行转型升级.由低端制造业向高端制造业发展是一种选择,需要的不仅是微观主体的企业技术进步,还有整个制造业向网络化方向发展.通过制造业网络化产业,改进我国制造业的产品结构,改变我国制造业的创新方式,拓展我国制造业的销售模式,改善我国制造业的竞争机制,最终达到推动我国制造业由全球价值链低端环节向高端环节的转型升级.在全球价值链的基础上,对我国制造业网络化推动自身转型升级的机理和演化路径进行分析,进而得出相关政策建议.

As the largest manufacturing country in the world,China is in a leading position in the number of manufacturing industries,but the industry is excessively concentrated in the low-end links of raw materials and processing manufacturing,and the developed countries in the world have successively formulated policies for the transformation and upgrading of their manufacturing industry.Under the situation of domestic and foreign troubles,China urgently needs to transform and upgrade its manufacturing industry.It is a choice to develop from the low-end manufacturing industry to the high-end manufacturing industry,which requires not only the technological progress of micro enterprises,but also the development of the whole manufacturing industry in the direction of network.Through the networked manufacturing industry,we can improve the product structure of China's manufacturing industry,change the innovation mode of China's manufacturing industry,expand the sales mode of China's manufacturing industry,and improve the competition mechanism of China's manufacturing industry,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry from the low-end link of the global value chain to the high-end link.Based on the global value chain,the mechanism and evolution path of China's manufacturing industry network are analyzed to promote its own transformation and upgrading,and then the relevant policy recommendations are drawn.
