科教相融、科创相助的创新人才培养模式研究 被引量:12

摘要 新工科建设背景下,如何培养应用型创新人才,是高等学校教育教学改革的重要内容.学科竞赛作为高等教育创新人才培养引擎之一,是创新性人才培养的有效载体.以安徽新华学院电子信息工程专业为例,提出科教相融、科创相助(科-学科与科技竞赛;创-创新创业能力)的人才培养理念,将学科竞赛融入人才培养方案完善、课程体系改革、师资队伍建设、实践平台搭建等各个环节,并进行了一系列应用型创新人才培养模式的研究与探索.该研究对学科竞赛如何融入电子信息工程专业人才培养,构建应用型创新人才培养模式具有一定的借鉴意义. Under the background of new engineering construction,how to cultivate applied innovative talents is an important content of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities.As one of the engines of innovative talents training in higher education,academic competition is an effective carrier of innovative talents training.In this paper,taking the electronic information engineering specialty of Anhui Xinhua University as an example,the talent training concept of“integration of science&education,and assistance of science&innovation”is proposed.The academic competition is integrated into the improvement of talent training scheme,curriculum system reform,construction of teaching staff and construction of practice platform,and a series of research and exploration of application-oriented innovative talent training mode are carried out.Among them,“science”means discipline and science and technology competition,“innovation”means innovation and entrepreneurship ability.This study has a certain reference significance on how to integrate the academic competition into the talent training of electronic information engineering specialty and construct the application-oriented innovative talent training mode.
