新工科背景下计算机类专业师资培养策略研究

Research on the Training Strategy of Computer Professional Teachers under the Background of New Engineering

随着新工科概念的应运而生,新工科逐渐成为当前高等工程教育改革的指导思想,不仅对高校卓越人才专业化培养提出了新要求,也对师资队伍工程化建设指明了新方向.以计算机类专业师资培养体系的构建为研究对象,解读了新工科的内涵以及意义,分析了新工科下计算机类专业师资队伍培养的依据,并就如何从新工科背景出发,从五个方面的定位析构计算机类专业师资培养体系.其研究结果为地方应用型高校工科专业开展新工科师资队伍建设,提供有力参考.

With the emergence of the new concept of engineering,it has gradually become the guiding ideology of the reform of higher engineering education.It not only puts forward new requirements for the professional training of outstanding talents in colleges and universities,but also points out a new direction for the engineering construction of teaching staff.In this paper,based on this,the construction of computer professional teacher training system is taken as the research object.Firstly,the connotation and significance of new engineering are interpreted.Secondly,the basis of training computer professional teachers under new engineering is analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of new engineering background,it analyzes the teacher training system of computer specialty from five aspects.The research results provide a strong reference for the construction of new engineering teachers in local application-oriented universities.
