摘要
本文采用叙事研究法记录分析了某医学院3位外语教师及其学生的互动过程,探讨了后疫情时代混合式教学背景下医学院校英语教学中师生关系的特点和发展路径。结果表明新形势下原有的师生关系受到了解构和冲击,师生关系从传统对立逐渐走向了平等、宽容和建设性;疫情特殊的时空条件增强了师生之间的凝聚力,对立的师生关系趋向融合,疏离的师生关系得到纠偏。以下是师生关系发展的可能路径:弥合师生之间的代际差异和沟通障碍;推动师生关系向个性化和和多元化方向发展;促进师生命运共同体的构建。
This study aims to investigate the features of teacher-student relationship under Blending Learning Mode in the post-pandemic era,and explores the solutions to build a harmonious relationship.The participants include 3 teachers and their 180 students in a medical college.By using narrative research method,we have recorded and analyzed the interactions among the participants.The findings indicate that the traditional relationship has been deconstructed and tended to become an equal,diverse and constructive relationship,whereas the pandemic time-space situation might enhance the cohesion of the participants.It is concluded that teacher-student relationship should be personalized and diversified,and also the endeavor of overcoming communication barriers should be persistent.Furthermore,effective measures should be taken to promote the construction of the learning community.
