生长发育质控体系在专科医生培训中的探索与实践

The Quality Control System in the Training of Pediatricspecialist on Children’s Growth and Developmental Disorders

目的:探讨省级生长发育质量控制中心对规范专科医生培训的作用及意义。方法:在浙江省成立生长发育质控中心,通过制定标准、规范培训、检查落实、同质管理,对各地儿童生长发育专科医疗质量进行评价与管理,对专科医生进行统一培训。比较中心建立前后浙江省专科医生接受专科培训的比例和专科病历的合格率。结果:与2014年质控中心初建时相比,5年后,浙江省从事生长发育相关疾病的专科医生,接受过规范专科培训的人数占比由26.32%上升到72.87%,同时专科门诊病历的合格率由74.12%上升到89.58%。结论:通过全省质控体系来规范和加强专科医生培训效果明显,是提升专科医生质量,促进专科诊疗同质性的有效手段。

[Objective]This manuscript is to discuss the effect of the quality control system in the training of pediatric specialist on children's growth and developmental disorders.[Method]The standardized procedures for disease care and training system for pediatric specialist on children's growth and developmental disorders were established.Before and after the program,data of training experience was collected and the quality of medical records were evaluated in different medical centers.[Result]Compared with the initial establishment of the Quality Control Center in 2014,five years later,the proportion of specialists in Zhejiang Province who are engaged in growth and development-related diseases has received standardized specialist training from 26.32%to 72.87%.At the same time,the specialist outpatient medical records are qualified.The rate rose from 74.12%to 89.58%.[Conclusion]Quality control system of children's growth and developmental disorders is helpful to improve the pediatric sub-discipline training program,as well as the management system.It is necessary to establish the standard procedures for children's growth and developmental disorders care.
