焦点解决技术在提升神经梅毒患者积极情绪中的应用研究

Application Research of Focus Solution Technology in Improving Positive Emotions of Neurosyphilis Patients

目的:探讨焦点解决技术对提升神经梅毒患者积极情绪的作用。方法:选择某三甲医院神经内科125名神经梅毒病例,将90名符合纳入标准的患者随机分为焦点组和常规组,各45名,进行为期1周的干预。采用积极情绪和消极情绪量表及焦虑自评量表对干预效果进行评价。结果:焦点组的积极率改善值为(0.35±0.18)分,优于常规组的(0.03±0.40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);焦点组的焦虑状态的改善值为(15.11±4.66),优于常规组的(2.12±0.71),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:焦点解决技术可提升患者的积极情绪,改善焦虑状况,具有一定的应用价值。

[Objective] To explore the role of focus solving technology in promoting positive emotions of neurosyphilis patients. [Method] A total 125 neurosyphilis cases in the Department of Neurology of a tertiary hospital w ere selected.90 patients w ho met the inclusion criteria w ere randomly divided into the focus group and the conventional group w ith 45 in each group. Positive and negative emotion scale and self rating Anxiety Scale w ere used to evaluate the intervention effect. [Result]The improvement of positive rate in the focus group w as 0. 35 ± 0. 18 points,w hich w as better than that in the conventional group( 0. 03 ± 0. 40),and the difference w as statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The improvement of anxiety state in the focus group was 15. 11 ± 4. 66,which was better than that in the conventional group( 2. 12 ± 0. 71),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). [Conclusion] Focus resolution techniques can improve the patients’ positive emotions and anxiety,w hich has certain application value.
