超声引导微创旋切术对乳腺肿瘤患者手术效果和生活质量的影响

The Effect of Ultrasoud-Guided Minimally Invasive Rotary Surgery on the Surgical Effect and Quality of Life of Breast Tumor Patients

目的:探讨超声引导微创旋切术对乳腺肿瘤患者手术效果和生活质量影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年4月我院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者188例,均进行手术治疗,随机分成2组,每组94例,对照组行常规开放式肿瘤切除术,研究组行超声引导微创旋切术。观察2组患者的手术临床指标、疼痛程度以及生活质量评分。结果:研究组的手术时长(16.5±4.7) min、手术出血量(4.5±1.3) m L以及术后瘢痕(2.7±0.7) mm均小于对照组(35.7±6.5) min、(10.9±3.5) m L、(28.7±7.1) mm(P <0.05);研究组患者在术后24h内的疼痛评分(2.9±0.4)分明显低于对照组(6.2±0.5)分(P <0.05);术后1个月,研究组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:将超声引导微创旋切术应用于乳腺肿瘤治疗中,可以有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,术后疤痕形成不明显,更易被患者接受,同时术后机体疼痛较轻,有利于术后生活质量的提高,值得推广应用。

[Objective]To explore the influence of ultrasond-guided minimally invasive rotary surgery on the surgical effect and quality of life of breast tumor patients.[Method]A total of 188 patients with breast tumor admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected for surgical treatment,and randomly divided into 2 groups with 94 patients in each group.Conventional open tumor resection was performed in the control group,while ultrasonally-guided minimally invasive surgery was performed in the study group.The surgical clinical indicators,pain degree and quality of life scores of the 2 groups were observed.[Result]The surgical duration(16.5±4.7 min),surgical bleeding(4.5±1.3 ml),and postoperative scar(2.7±0.7 mm)in the study group were all less than those in the control group(35.7±6.5 min,10.9±3.5 ml,28.7±7.1 mm,P<0.05).The pain score(2.9±0.4 points)of 94 study group patients at 24h after surgery was significantly lower than that of 94 control group(6.2±0.5 points,P<0.05).One month after surgery,quality of life score significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of ultrason-guided minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of breast tumor can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss,and the postoperative scar formation is not obvious,which is more acceptable to patients.Meanwhile,the postoperative body pain is less,which further improves the postoperative life quality,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
