舞蹈艺术没有语言障碍,通过舞蹈艺术交流与沟通使人们得以尽情宣泄自我情感,并且可以在交流中、在情感上获得共鸣,使民族民间舞蹈艺术成为一个传播中华优秀传统文化的绝佳窗口。"一带一路"倡议的提出,为新时代中国民族民间舞蹈文化"走出去"指明了新的方向,同时也为中国民族民间舞蹈文化"走出去"注入新的动力。必须紧紧把握住"一带一路"倡议带来的历史契机,在对外传播中坚持中国民族民间舞蹈文化对外传播价值,创新中国民族民间舞蹈对外传播内容,丰富中国民族民间舞蹈对外传播载体,构建中国民族民间舞蹈文化对外交流机制,使其成为"一带一路"沿线国家人民互相交流沟通的文化桥梁,以舞蹈文化交流互鉴助推民心相通。

There is no language barrier in the art of dance.Through the exchange and communication of dance art,people can fully vent their emotions and get emotional resonance in the exchange,making the folk dance art an excellent window to spread Chinese excellent traditional culture.The Belt and Road Initiative has pointed out a new direction for the Chinese folk dance culture to"go out"in the new era,and at the same time injects new impetus in it.We must firmly grasp the historical opportunities brought by the initiative,adhere to the value of Chinese folk dance culture in external communication,innovate its content,enrich its carrier,and establish a foreign exchange mechanism for it,so that it can become a cultural bridge for the people of the countries along the Belt and Road to communicate with each other,and promote mutual understanding of people through dance cultural exchanges and mutual learning.
