摘要 人工智能,作为全球新一轮科技革命和产业革命的核心驱动力,将对企业的发展和管理产生深远影响。依据人力资源开发常用的McClelland能力素质"冰山模型",实证研究制造企业人工智能技术应用类型及领域,人工智能技术应用对员工岗位工作流的影响以及对员工的新要求,构建了人工智能技术环境下员工能力素质开发模型,探索性地提出了人工智能技术环境下政府、企业、高校助推制造企业智能化发展的人力资源开发建议。 The development of artificial intelligence,as the core driving force of a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,will have a profound impact on the development and management of enterprises.According to McClelland,the"iceberg model"of competence and quality is used to empirically study the application types and fields of artificial intelligence technology in manufacturing enterprises,the impact of artificial intelligence technology application on employee post workflow and the new requirements for employees.The development model of employee’s competence and quality under the environment of artificial intelligence technology is constructed.Suggestions on the development of human resources are proposed to boost the intelligence and quality of manufacturing enterprises with the joint effort of the government,enterprises,and universities under the environment of artificial intelligence technology.
