The global outbreak of COVID-19 makes social economic activity almost stop,which is hitting hard global civil aviation.As the national strategic industry,many countries and regions take measures to support civil aviation.Comparing the difference between China and other countries and regions helps us better promote and enhance the development of civil aviation.This paper compares and analyzes the range,extent and degree of civil aviation support measures worldwide,and then puts forward suggestions for civil aviation to enhance competitiveness from the aspects of strategy,aviation industry chain,aviation industry and aviation companies.
