做好新冠疫情下毕业生的就业工作,切实促进毕业生稳定就业,探索出疫情影响下毕业生就业的对策尤为重要。分析了新冠疫情对高校毕业生就业的影响,指出了新冠疫情影响下毕业生就业所面临的问题,如各行业受损严重,岗位需求骤减,毕业生就业意愿降低,就业积极性受打击,海归毕业生挤占国内毕业生岗位。阐述了毕业生就业应对策略,即国家提供政策支持,高校做好保障措施,积极拓宽毕业生就业渠道,引导毕业生积极参加各类网络招聘会,完善就业帮扶工作体系,提升毕业生核心竞争力。探索在不可控因素影响下促进毕业生就业的对策,能够切实促进毕业生顺利就业,提升就业质量。

It is very important to do well in graduate employment work in COVID-19 epidemic,to truly improve graduate stable employment,and to explore the countermeasures for graduate employment under the epidemic.The research analyzes the influence of COVID-19 epidemic on graduate employment in colleges and universities,and points out the problems of graduate employment under COVID-19 epidemic,i.e.all industries face serious damage,post demand reduces sharply,graduate employment willingness decreases,employment enthusiasm breaks,and graduates from overseas occupy the posts which are originally occupied by graduates at home.The research expounds the coping strategies of graduate employment,i.e.to provide political support by the government,to do well in guarantee countermeasures by the colleges,actively widen the employment channels of the graduates,to guide the graduates to participate in all kinds of network job fair,to perfect employment assistance work system,and to improve graduate core competitiveness.The countermeasures of the promotion of graduate employment under the uncontrollable factors are explored to actually promote the graduate smooth employment,and to improve employment quality.
