基于“以赛促学,以赛促练”的课程改革实践与探索——以航空服务手语课为例 被引量:4

Practice and Exploration of Curriculum Reform Based on“Promoting Learning by Competition and Promoting Training by Competition”——Through Taking the Sign Language Course of Air Services as an Example

摘要 以航空服务手语课为例,对基于“以赛促学,以赛促练”的课程改革进行实践与探索。分析了广州民航职业技术学院手语训练课程近年开设情况和教学目标,旨在提高学生在岗位服务中与听障旅客的交流能力。推动“以赛促学,以赛促练”教学模式的意义是将课程、技能、创新和竞赛有机结合,将学、练、赛、教四者融为一体,实现学生专业知识水平和实践技能水平的整体提高。将“以赛促学,以赛促练”的教学模式应用在航空服务手语教学中需要有一定的竞赛基础,能够将教学和竞赛有机结合,构建符合学生特点的竞赛形式,做好竞赛成果的展示和推广。今后应积极推进校际竞赛模式,探索出类型更多、范围更广、层次更丰富的手语竞赛,全面培养学生的综合服务能力。 Through taking the sign language course of air services as an example,the research practices and explores the curriculum reform based on“Promoting learning by competition and promoting training by competition”,and analyzes the opening condition and teaching aim of the sign language course,Guangzhou Civil Aviation College,in order to improve student communication ability with hearing impairment passenger in post services.The significance of the promotion of“Promoting learning by competition and promoting training by competition”is to organically combine course with skill,innovation and competition,and to integrate learning,practicing,competition with teaching,to achieve the integrative improvement of the student professional knowledge level and practical skill level.Certain competition basis is required in the application of“Promoting learning by competition and promoting training by competition”in sign language teaching of air service to make the organic combination of teaching and competition,construct competition form according to the student’s characteristics,and do well in the display and promotion of competition results.In the future,it is necessary to actively promote interscholastic competition model,explore the sign competition of more types,wider scope and more abundant layers,and to comprehensively train the comprehensive service ability of the students.
