摘要
对高校职员的绩效管理与潜力评估展开研究。通过分析高校职员队伍建设存在的问题,指出应制定落实职员队伍建设规划,建设健全职员队伍体系、职员绩效管理系统以及职员绩效评价体系,从个人素质评价、工作状况评估、工作评估总结和发展潜力评估等方面探讨自上而下的高校职员绩效评价和潜力评估方式,使最优秀的职员在最重要的管理岗位上做出一流的贡献。建设健全职员队伍体系,制定明晰的职员队伍建设规划,能够提升学校教育教学管理能力,确保以一流的管理和服务保障学校的教学科研和社会服务。
The research explores the performance management and potential evaluation of college staffs.By analyzing the problems existing in the staff team construction in colleges and universities,the research points out that we should construct the staff team construction planning;construct staff team,staff performance management system and staff performance appraisal system;explore a top-down way of college staff performance evaluation and assessment of the potential from a personal quality appraisal,working condition evaluation,working evaluation summary and development potential evaluation to make the best staff in the most important management positions for first-class contribution.It is suggested to construct and perfect staff team system,and formulate clear staff team construction plan,to improve education and teaching management ability in the college,and to ensure the fist-class management and service guarantee for the teaching scientific research and social service in the college.
