摘要
对工程教育专业认证背景下工程实训存在的问题及对策进行探讨。概述了工程训练课程内容设置,指出了工程训练课程存在培养目标设置不合理,缺乏技术创新能力的培养,各工种独立授课,学生缺乏工程实践经验等问题。阐述了工程训练课程问题的解决对策,应引入OBE教育理念制定培养目标,各实训工种协同训练,提高本科生综合能力。工程训练课程是高校培养本科毕业生创新能力,使其成为高素质工程技术人才的重要一环,在培养学生掌握科学方法、解决复杂工程技术问题和强化实践动手能力方面起着重要作用。
The research explores the problems and countermeasures of engineering training under the background of the accreditation of engineering education major,summarizes the allocation of engineering training course content,points out the problems,i.e.training target allocation of engineering training course is unreasonable,the training of technology innovative ability is lack,all types of work is independent,and students lack engineering practice experience.The research also expounds the countermeasures of engineering training course.It is necessary to introduce OBE education concept to formulate training target,do cooperative training of all practical work type,and improve the undergraduate comprehensive ability.Engineering training course is the important link of training undergraduate innovative ability in colleges to make students become high-quality engineering and technological talents.It has played important function in training students to grasp scientific method,solve complex engineering technological problem and strengthen practical manual ability.
