普通高校田径课程SE教学模式探究

对普通高校田径课程SE教学模式进行探究。介绍了SE教学模式的作用:增强学生对田径的学习兴趣,为学生创建特定的运动环境,增强学生的身体素质,保证学生身体特征的形成和发展。分析了SE教学模式下高校田径运动发展现状:团队合作和竞赛频繁应用,没有形成运动季,队伍不固定。团队合作和竞争活动至关重要,在发展田径体育的过程中经常使用这两种形式,为在田径竞技过程中深入开展SE教学模式奠定了基础。学生可以参加特定运动季的比赛,这与基础课程的月考和测验相似,但在田径体育应用中没有任何形式的运动季相关内容。教师在采用SE教学模式时并未组建固定团队。团队基本上是由教师临时分配的,在一定程度上削弱了SE教学模式的作用。有必要将SE教学模式引入高校田径教学中来,开展分层训练,根据学生实际情况开展良性竞争,注重教材内容,改变传统教学方法,创新教育观念,优化训练手段和方法。

The research explores the SE teaching mode of athletics course of regular institutions of higher learning,and introduces the function of SE teaching mode,i.e.increasing the athletics learning interest of students to create specific sports environment for students,increasing physical quality of students to guarantee the formation and development of student physical feature.The research analyzes the development situation of athletics development under SE teaching mode,i.e.teamwork and frequent competition,non-form of the sports season,and irregular team.This is vital for teamwork and competition.In the development of athletics development,the two forms are used frequently.The two have laid foundation for the deep development of SE teaching mode during athletics process.Students can participate in special competitions of the sports season.This is similar with the monthly examination and test in the process of athletics.But in athletics application,there is no form of sports related content.Teachers don’t establish special team when they adopt SE teaching mode.Basically,the team is temporarily distributed by teachers.This weakens the function of SE teaching mode to some extent.It is necessary to introduce SE teaching mode into athletics teaching in colleges and universities,develop hierarchical training,develop benign competition according to the student practical situation,pay attention to the content of textbook,change traditional teaching method,innovate teaching concept,and optimize training means and method.
