智慧校园环境下网络安全防范预警与应急体系研究

Research of the Early Warning of Network Security Protection and Emergency System in Intelligence Campus Environment

对智慧校园环境下网路安全防范预警与应急体系进行研究。影响高校网络安全的因素有很多,网络设备等硬件设施老化,管理不到位,病毒和不法分子入侵,移动终端恶意程序较多,使用者素质和技术层次不齐。智慧校园网络安全监测预警系统建设主要包括网络机房的监控设立,网络及设备的整体监控,应用系统及数据传输系统的安全监控,重要时段的网络监控,利用外部的监控技术预警。提出了智慧校园网络安全应急体系的建设策略:建立多级联动的应急管理机制,优化网络安全应急响应流程,做好应急响应队伍建设,组织应急演练,以其提升智慧校园的网络安全防范能力。

The research explores the early warning of network security protection and emergency system in intelligence campus environment.There are a lot of influencing factors of network safety in colleges and universities,i.e.the hardware facilities,such as network facilities,are old,management is not enough,virus and lawbreakers invade,rogue programs of mobile terminal are many,and the quality and technology level of users are different.Monitoring and early warning system construction of intelligent campus network security mainly includes the monitoring establishment of network computer room,entirety monitoring of network and facilities,the security monitoring of application system and data transmission system,network monitoring of important times,and the early warning of monitoring technique through external forces.Construction strategies of emergency system of intelligent campus network security are proposed,i.e.to establish emergency management mechanism under links of multiple layers,to optimize emergency response process of network security,to do well in team construction of emergency response,and to organize emergency exercise,in order to improve the network security protection ability of intelligent campus.
