摘要
以探讨PBL结合CBL教学方式在医患沟通教学中的应用及效果为目的。选取我院2018级746名临床本科生作为研究对象(康复专业60人除外),按照随机数字表法分为实验组(n=373)和对照组(n=373),对照组应用传统教学模式,实验组应用PBL结合CBL教学方式,对两组实习生学习效果和学习满意度进行比较。结果显示,实验组学生的学习效果和学习满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在医患沟通教学过程中应用“PBL+CBL教学模式”可以显著提高学生的学习效果及学习满意度,值得推广使用。
The research explored the application and effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the teaching of doctor-patient communication.746 clinical undergraduates of 2018 grade(expect 60 undergraduates of rehabilitation specialty)in the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group(n=373)and control group(n=373)according to random number table method.The control group applied traditional teaching mode.The experimental group applied PBL combined with CBL teaching methods.A comparative analysis of learning satisfaction of the two groups of interns was done.Study effect and satisfaction of experimental group are higher than control group(P<0.05).Application of“PBL+CBL teaching mode”in doctor-patient communication teaching can significantly improve the study effect and learning satisfaction of interns.So it is worth promotion.
