公共事业管理专业工匠精神现状调查研究

Present Situation Research of Craftsman Spiritof Public Service Management Major

对公共事业管理专业的工匠精神现状进行调查研究,以某高职院校公共事业管理专业的180名学生为调查对象,采取了问卷调查的方式。结果显示,院校对工匠精神理念认识不足,学生主动性差,校企合作水平不够,环境导向性差。对此,需在专业教学中渗透工匠精神,构建积极向上的校园文化氛围,搭建有效的校企合作平台,加强师资队伍建设,以期将工匠精神融入职业教育的全部环节当中。

The research investigates the present situation research of craftsman spirit of Public Service Management Major,regards 180 students of Public Service Management Major of a vocational college as the research objects,and adopts questionnaire survey method.The results show that the college lacks the craftsman spirit,student’s initiative is weak,the level of enterprise and school cooperation is low,and environment orientation is weak.Therefore,it is necessary to permeate craftsman spirit into professional teaching,construct positive campus culture atmosphere,establish effective school and enterprise platform,and strengthen teacher staff construction,in order to integrate craftsman spirit into all links of vocational education.
