智慧教育:全球疫情下中巴高校合作的现实选择与路径探寻

SMART Education:Practical Choice and Path Exploration of China-Pakistan University Cooperation in the Global Epidemic Situation

面对仍在全球继续肆虐的疫情,智慧教育成为助力高校战"疫"的最佳武器。中巴高校合作基础坚实,合作成果显著,但目前合作仍存在一些问题:重线下,轻线上;相较于传统模式的国际传播,网络教育模式不成熟。基于疫情危机下的现实考量,智慧教育成为中巴高校合作的战略选择。在"疫情常态化、防控不能松"的形势下,中巴高校应基于智慧教育创新合作方式,开拓合作路径,通过联通中巴高校的信息空间,构建中巴高校科研合作共同体,联合打造智慧高校国际合作品牌。

In the face of the epidemic that is still raging around the world,smart education has become the best weapon to help universities fight the epidemic. The foundation of China-Pakistan university cooperation is solid and the cooperation has achieved remarkable results. However,there are still some problems in the cooperation:emphasis on offline cooperation while light on online cooperation and compared with the traditional model of international communication,the online education model is not mature. Based on the practical considerations of the epidemic crisis,smart education has become a strategic choice for the cooperation between China-Pakistan universities. Under the situation of"the epidemic is becoming normal and the prevention and control cannot be lost,"Chinese and Pakistani universities should innovate cooperation methods and explore cooperation paths based on smart education. By connecting the information space of China-Pakistan universities,we should build a research cooperation community between Chinese and Pakistani universities and jointly build an international cooperation brand for smart universities.
