学科共同体视域下的一流学科建设路径探析

摘要 学科发展遵循知识演进内在驱动和社会需求外在驱动的双重逻辑。广义的学科共同体是以学科发展为目标,将学科人聚集在一起,围绕某一学科或某一类学科的发展而形成的组织,包括学术和行政两大群体。教师和学术组成的学术共同体是学科共同体的核心,是学科发展的内生动力。学术和行政两大群体要在建设一流学科的战略目标下达成共识,并从行动上协同努力。目前学术共同体的缺位是一流学科建设面临的主要问题。在"双一流"建设的背景下,高校要从注重学术共同体本身发展、塑造一流学科文化和创新学科组织管理机制等方面构建"共商、共治、共享"的"一流"学科共同体。 Discipline development follows the dual logic of inner drive of knowledge evolution and external drive of social demand. In a broad sense,disciplinary community is an organization formed around the development of a certain discipline or a certain kind of discipline,which aims at the development of a discipline and gathers scholars together,including academic and administrative groups. The academic community composed of teachers and academics is the core of the discipline community and the endogenous driving force of the discipline development. The academic and administrative groups should reach a consensus and make concerted efforts under the strategic goal of building a first-class discipline. At present,the absence of academic community is the main problem facing the construction of first-class discipline. Under the background of"double first-class"construction,universities should construct a"first-class"disciplinary community of"consultation,cogovernance and sharing"from the aspects of paying attention to the development of the academic community This process should shape the first-class disciplinary culture and innovate the disciplinary organization and management mechanism.
