基于“档案袋评价”的高校发展型资助育人机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 档案袋评价法作为西方成熟的质性评价法,在核心理念上和发展型资助育人相契合,具有非常重要的应用价值。我国高校的发展型资助育人工作存在重视经济资助轻视精神帮扶、资助效果不理想、对发展型资助的理解不够深刻、育人机制不完善等问题。将档案袋评价引入高校发展型资助育人机制中,设计并应用"发展型档案袋",有助于激发贫困学生自主提升的能力,使高校资助育人工作形成高质量发展的长效机制。 Portfolio evaluation method, as a mature qualitative evaluation method in the west is consistent with the core concept of development-oriented funding and education and has a very important applicant value. There are some problems in the development-oriented financial aid education in Chinese colleges and universities, such as attaching importance to economic aid and neglecting spiritual help. The effect of financial aid is not ideal, the understanding of development-oriented financial aid is not deep enough, and the education mechanism is not perfect. Introducing portfolio evaluation into the development-oriented funding and education mechanism of colleges and universities, designing and applying the"development-oriented portfolio"can help stimulate the ability of poor students to improve themselves. It can make the funding and education work of colleges and universities form a long-term mechanism of high-quality development.
