Reflections on the Team Construction of the Secretary of Students Branch of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in Independent Colleges

独立学院加强学生党支部书记队伍建设是落实全面从严治党主体责任的内在要求,是发挥党组织政治核心和监督保障作用的现实需求,是做好学生党员发展和教育管理工作的客观需要。针对学生党员少且流动性大、学生党支部书记的业务能力弱、待遇保障未落实到位等现实问题,独立学院需要创新学生党支部书记选聘机制,构建学生党支部书记培训体系,完善学生党支部书记履职尽责的激励与保障措施。

The team construction of the secretary of students branch of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in independent colleges is the internal requirement of implementing the main responsibility of comprehensively governing the CPC with strict discipline. This objective is the realistic demand that gives play to the political core of CPC organization and the role of supervision and guarantee,the objective need of development of student members of CPC and education management work. There are the following realistic problems in the construction of secretary of students branch of CPC:insufficient number of student members of CPC and too much mobility,weak work ability of CPC secretary of student branch,and poor implementation of welfare. Independent colleges need to innovate the system and mechanism of selecting and hiring student secretaries to construct a training system for student secretaries and improve the incentive guarantee measures for them to perform their duties.
