摘要
科学技术的快速发展为高校传统人才培养模式的转型改革提供了可能。西安科技大学通过对传统采矿工程教育培养理念、人才结构及知识体系存在的问题进行剖析,归纳出了采矿工程专业智能开采人才培养目标:培养系统掌握人工智能、自动化和智能采矿的基本原理和技术,能够在矿山开采领域从事智能化开采设计与施工、生产与管理、科学研究的应用型高级专门人才。西安科技大学从树立新理念、融合新知识、培育新人才"三步骤"出发,通过师资队伍建设、课程体系改革、实践基地建设等举措搭建了采矿工程专业智能开采人才培养平台,通过更新采矿机械化、自动化、信息化、智能化等方面的教学内容提高了学生在智能开采方面的综合能力,形成了一套相对完整的人才培养体系。
The rapid development of science and technology provides the possibility for the transformation and reform of the traditional talent training mode in colleges and universities. Xi’an University of Science and Technology analyzes the problems existing in the traditional mining engineering education and training concept, talent structure and knowledge system, and summarizes the objectives of intelligent mining talents training for mining engineering specialty. It aims to cultivate application-oriented senior specialized talents who master the basic principles and technologies of artificial intelligence, automation and intelligent mining, and are capable of engaging in intelligent mining design and constructure, production and management, and scientific research in the field of mining. Starting from the"three steps"of establishing new ideas, integrating new knowledge, and cultivating new talents, Xi’an University of Science and Technology has set up a training platform for intelligent mining talents in mining engineering specialty through measures such as teacher team construction, curriculum system reform and practice-based construction. By updating the teaching contents of mining mechanization, automation, information and intelligence the students’ comprehensive ability in intelligent mining has been improved, and a relatively complete talent training system has been formed.
