产业协同集聚对绿色创新效率的影响

The Influence of Industrial Synergy on the Efficiency of Green Innovation

该文采用空间面板杜宾模型分析生产性服务业与制造业的协同集聚对绿色创新效率的影响。首先运用超效率SBM模型测算2003-2018年全国各省份的绿色创新效率,然后以产业集聚水平为解释变量,分单一产业集聚、产业协同集聚以及东中西区域进行空间面板杜宾回归。结果表明:从全国来看,产业的协同集聚以及制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的直接效应与空间间接效应均为正向促进作用,生产性服务业集聚则相反,直接、间接效应均为负;分地区来看,中部地区的直接、间接效应与全国保持一致,东部西部地区则呈现基本不显著的负反馈效应,与我国东中西产业协同集聚水平相对应。从产业协同集聚视角为我国绿色创新效率发展提供一定参考思路。

In this paper,the spatial panel Durbin model is used to analyze the effect of collaborative agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing on the efficiency of green innovation.Firstly,the super efficiency SBM model was used to calculate the green innovation efficiency of all provinces in China from 2003 to 2018.Then,the level of industrial agglomeration was taken as the explanatory variable,and the spatial panel Durbin regression was conducted for single industrial agglomeration,collaborative agglomeration of two industries,in eastern,central and western regions.The results show that the synergetic agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing industry,as well as the direct and spatial indirect effects of manufacturing industry agglomeration on green innovation efficiency are both positive promotion,while the direct and indirect effects of producer services agglomeration are negative.In terms of different regions,the direct and indirect effects in the central region are consistent with those in the whole country,while the negative feedback effects in the eastern and western regions are basically insignificant,corresponding to the synergetic concentration level of the eastern,central and western industries in China.This paper provides some reference ideas for the development of green innovation efficiency in China from the perspective of industrial synergetic agglomeration.
