农村老年人日常活动能力及其影响因素分析--基于2018年CLHLS数据的实证研究

Analysis of Rural Elderly's Daily Activity Ability and Its Influencing Factors--An Empirical Study Based on CLHLS Data in 2018

基于2018年CLHLS数据,本文运用主成分分析法、多元线性回归模型以及序次logistic模型,分析了农村老年人日常活动能力的整体状况,并对影响农村老年人日常活动能力的因素进行实证解释。研究发现农村老年男性日常活动能力普遍好于女性;年龄、近两年患重病的次数、抑郁程度均是影响老年人日常活动能力的重要因素;与同家人居住在一起的老人相比,独居老人具有更好的日常活动能力,而居住在养老机构的老年人日常活动能力较差;有配偶、较好的家庭经济状况、健康生活方式、医疗保险等对农村老人的日常活动能力均产生积极的影响。据此,提出重视农村老年人工具性活动能力的提升,积极组织老年文化活动,普及老年人健康生活知识,修建健身娱乐设施,改善基层医疗服务等政策建议。

Based on the CLHLS data in 2018,this article uses principal component analysis and multiple linear regression models to empirically analyze the overall status of the rural elderly daily activity ability,and empirically explain the factors that affect the rural elderly'daily activity ability.The study found that the daily activity ability of the older men is generally better than that of women.Age,the number of serious illnesses in the past two years,and the degree of depression are also important factors affecting the ability of the elderly'daily mobility;compared with the elderly living with their families,the elderly living alone have better daily activity ability,while living in an elderly care institution has a negative impact;having a spouse,better family financial status,participating in social activities,healthy lifestyle,participating in medical insurance and other factors have a positive impact on the daily activity ability of the rural elderly.Based on this,it is proposed that attention should be paid to improving the instrumental activity of the rural elderly,actively organizing and enriching cultural activities for the elderly,building various recreational facilities and fitness venues,regularly organize activities to popularize healthy life knowledge for the elderly,and strengthening the construction of the primary medical service system.
