摘要
目的:探讨血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]在婴幼儿喘息中的变化及临床意义。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年12月间儿科收治的51例婴幼儿喘息患儿纳入喘息组,选择同期收治的50例普通肺炎患儿纳入肺炎组,50例健康婴儿纳入对照组,比较三组受检儿童血清25-(OH)D3水平及维生素D缺乏情况,记录并比较维生素D缺乏及维生素D正常组喘息患儿咳嗽、喘息及哮鸣音等症状体征消退时间。结果:喘息组、肺炎组血清25-(OH)D3水平均明显低于对照组,维生素D缺乏发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喘息组血清25-(OH)D3水平低于肺炎组,维生素D缺乏率明显高于肺炎组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);咳嗽、喘息及哮鸣音等消退时间在维生素D缺乏组明显长于维生素D充足组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清25-(OH)D3婴幼儿喘息中明显降低,对血清25-(OH)D3水平下降的婴幼儿建议补充维生素D,以提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]in Infant wheezing and its clinical significance.Method From January 2019 to December 2019,51 Infant wheezing in our hospital were selected as the asthmatic group,50 ordinary pneumonia infants as pneumonia group and 50 healthy infants as the control group.Serum 25-(OH)D3 and vitamin D deficiency were compared among the three groups.Coughing,wheezing and wheezing extinction time in vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D normal group were recorded and compared.Results The serum 25-(OH)D3 the asthmatic group and the pneumonia group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the vitamin D deficiency rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the serum 25-(OH)D3 of the asthmatic group was lower than that of the pneumonia group,Vitamin D deficiency rate was significantly higher than that of pneumonia group,the difference was of statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum 25-(OH)D3 is significantly lower in Infant wheezing.Vitamin D supplementation is recommended for infants with low serum 25-(OH)D3 to improve the clinical effect.
