莲花清瘟胶囊联合阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule combined with Acyclovir in the treatment of varicella

目的:了解部队青年官兵水痘患者使用莲花清瘟胶囊联合阿昔洛韦治疗与单独使用阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效,为预防水痘在部队官兵中传播及诊治提供依据和参考。方法:将2015年1月~2018年12月收治的48例水痘患者(均为部队青年官兵),随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组24例。治疗组给予莲花清瘟胶囊4~6粒/次,3次/d,口服,阿昔洛韦0.3/d加入0.9%NaCl溶液中静脉滴注。对照组仅给予阿昔洛韦0.3/d加入0.9%NaCl溶液中静脉滴注,观察比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组患者在2 d内退热、皮肤瘙痒消失,3~4 d内结痂;对照组患者3 d内退热、皮肤瘙痒消失,3~4 d内结痂。结论:莲花清瘟胶囊联合阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效优于单纯使用阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of lotus clearing plague capsule combined with acyclovir in the treatment of varicella in young army officers and soldiers and acyclovir alone,so as to provide evidence and reference for the prevention of transmission and diagnosis of varicella in army officers and soldiers.Method From January 2015 to December 2018,48 cases of varicella patients(all young officers and soldiers)were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.treatment group was treated with 4-6 capsules per TID Po and acyclovir 0.3/d in 0.9%sodium chloride solution.control group was treated with acyclovir 0.3/d in 0.9%sodium chloride solution.The curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results In treatment group,fever and itching disappeared within 2 days and scab formed within 3~4 days,while in control group,fever and itching disappeared within 3 days and scab formed within 3~4 days.Conclusion The curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule combined with acyclovir in the treatment of varicella is better than that of acyclovir alone.
