基于数据挖掘的小柴胡汤加减治疗热入血室方证关系研究

Research on Formula-syndrome Relationship of Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction for Treatment of Syndrome of Heat Invasion of Blood Chamber Based on Data Mining

目的运用关联规则挖掘技术分析小柴胡汤加减治疗热入血室的症状与方药关系。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)建库至2019年12月31日收录的运用小柴胡汤加减治疗热入血室的医案,建立标准化医案,提取信息并录入Excel2019,应用R3.6.2对数据进行关联规则分析。结果共收集112则医案,包括舌脉象37个、症状117个,以弦脉和发热为主;共涉及121味药,主要药物为小柴胡汤原方7味药及党参、牡丹皮,次要药物为清热凉血药、活血祛瘀药及养血药;药物常用剂量为柴胡、黄芩、生半夏10 g,炙甘草6 g,生姜9 g,大枣3枚,党参15 g;“经血夹块→经色紫黯”“红花→桃仁”“生半夏,牡丹皮,生姜→恶心”等规则具有较强的关联性。结论本研究运用关联规则挖掘技术揭示了小柴胡汤加减治疗热入血室的症状与药物配伍之间的关联性,可为临床治疗提供参考。

Objective To analyze the relationship between symptoms and Chinese materia medica of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction for the treatment of of heat invasion of blood chamber using the mining technology of association rules.Methods Medical cases of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction for the treatment of syndrome of heat invasion of blood chamber were collected from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from the establishment to December 31,2019.Standardized medical cases were established,information was extracted to Excel2019,and R3.6.2 was used to conduct data association rule analysis.Results Totally 112 medical cases were collected,including 37 tongue and pulse conditions,117 symptoms and 121 kinds of Chinese materia medica,mainly with wiry pulse and fever.The main medicines were original seven kinds of Chinese materia medica of Xiaochaihu Decoction,with Codonopsis Radix and Moutan Cortex,and the secondary medicines were heat-clearing and blood-cooling medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis medicine and nourishing blood medicine.The commonly-used dosage was Bupleuri Radix,Scutellariae Radix,Pinelliae Rhizoma 10 g,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle 6 g,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens 9 g,3 Jujubae Fructus,Codonopsis Radix 15 g.The rules of“menstruation with clot→dark color”“Carthami Flos→Persicae Semen”“Pinelliae Rhizoma,Moutan Cortex,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens→nausea”showed strong relevance.Conclusion The relationship between symptoms and Chinese materia medica of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of heat invasion of blood chamber was interpreted by association rule mining technology,which can provide references for clinical treatment.
